For those of you who have not tried Ashtanga Yoga before, we have introductory classes one weekend a month. You immediately get a sense of what it means to do Ashtanga Yoga.

We meet an hour and a half on Friday, two hours on Saturday and two hours on Sunday. You can borrow a yoga mat on the course.

After completing this course you should be able to walk both on long foundation courses or at our drop-in classes at the undergraduate level.

This is a great way to be introduced to yoga and get a sense of what yoga practice entails.

Here it gets a little more intense and you immediately get a sense of what it means to do Ashtanga Yoga. During the course we will carefully review the breathing technique to use in Ashtangayogan.

You'll learn sun greetings A and B and some standing and sitting movements. You also know a little about yoga philosophy and history.

You can borrow a yoga mat of us on introductory courses.

All teaching will be in Swedish.
